(1) The work, duties and powers of the chairman shall be as follows:- (a) to take necessary actions to protect the interests of investors who invest in securities to develop the capital market, (b) to regulate the securities market and the transactions of securities traders in order to make securities transactions strong, efficient and reliable; To monitor, conduct, (c) act as the executive head of the board, (d) submit to the board for approval the long-term and short-term plans and policies to be adopted by the board for the management of the securities market and capital market development, (e) call or call the meeting of the board (f) prepare the annual program and budget of the board and submit it to the board for approval, (g) implement the decisions made by the board, (i) Appointing the necessary advisers and employees to the board as prescribed, (j) Doing other tasks assigned by the board. (2) Other than what is written in sub-section (1), the other duties, duties and rights of the chairman shall be as prescribed.
